Training on web writing and editing is usually run by Diana Railton and Malcolm Davison.
Whereas Diana specialises in written communication, Malcolm focuses on web usability, design and programming. Course attendees benefit from their combined
expertise.
Diana and Malcolm have worked together for nine years
and researched the subject internationally. They are continuously updating and refining
their material.
