This practical course shows how you can make a tone of voice work for your organisation, using words to create a strong brand personality.
We offer two types of course: open and in-house.
Open course
This course provides a step-by-step process for building a successful tone of voice.
Using core values as a foundation, we share proven methods of making a brand live through words. We cover all the key questions around tone of voice such as:
- how should a tone of voice link to a brand?
- how can it differentiate one brand from another?
- how can you adapt a tone for different audiences while maintaining a ‘single’ voice?
In-house courses
These tailored courses can either give you the skills to build a tone of voice from scratch – or help bring an existing tone of voice to life within your organisation.
If you have an existing tone of voice, the course focuses on helping employees to understand it – and to develop the confidence to put it into practice.
Both courses include:
