Diana Railton, managing director, takes personal responsibility for this.

Diana will recommend how DRCC can help you best. She is your first point of call because of her knowledge of communication and the abilities of her associates.

Not only has she worked in communication throughout her career but studied it academically.

Previous positions include Communications Manager for British Telecom's procurement, strategy and network services division and Research Fellow in Communication at Aston University.

She is a very experienced writer and editor, with a thorough training in international publishing houses and several awards of communication excellence.

Diana has an MA in Applied Linguistics and a postgraduate teaching diploma.

Since setting up DRCC in 1999, she has specialised in web communication.
